The Upsilon Sigma Phi, founded in 1918, is the oldest fraternity in Asia. Based in the University of the Philippines, it has had an unbroken and singular association with the premier state university.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this fraternity has 39 members. Non-freshman students may apply to join the fraternity.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to UPSILON. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
