UP SIGMA ALPHA SORORITY
Sorority, clustered under Sororities, established in 1970.
The Sigma Alpha Sorority believes that loyalty to an organization need not to be measured by the debasement of the individual through the traditional rites of physical initiation. Furthermore, the UPLB Sigma Alpha Sorority seeks to prove that indeed it is more probable to experience the fullness and warmth of friendship and sisterhood if no physical initiation, in all forms, is taken into regard.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this sorority has 19 members. Non-freshman students may apply to join the sorority.
Like other sororities in the university, there is a process for membership to UP SIGMA ALPHA. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
