ACSS UPLB is an established academic and service-oriented organization that aims to develop the skills and abilities of its members, and teach them to be more worthy of the title Iskolar ng Bayan para sa Bayan. The organization also aims to assist the university and the society by using its acquired knowledge and sharing them to other people.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 146 members. Since ACSS UPLB is a college-based student organization, only non-freshman students from CAS may apply to join the organization.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to ACSS UPLB. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
