The UP Guild of United Minds – UP Praefects is a socio-civic organization in the University of the Philippines – Los Baños, composed of various students that promote excellence, leadership and service. Founded in 2013, we aim to uphold the organization's ideals and objectives for the development and advancement of the nation through forwarding scientific innovations and new advancements in different fields of science.

As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 86 members. Non-freshman students may apply to join the student organization.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to UP PRAEFECTS. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
