UPGK - LB is a socio-civic, non-partisan organization based on UPLB. It was established on July 13, 2006 by compassionate, like - minded individuals as an answer to helping the less fortunate in the community. By helping them build houses and providing them foundations for means of livelihood, UPGK-LB is a force in changing the national economic landscape. It is not merely an organization, but a movement.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 23 members. Non-freshman students may apply to join the student organization.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to UPGK-LB. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
