The Civil engineering Executive Organization (CEO) is a duly established academic organization within the College of Engineering and Agro-Industrial Technology at the University of the Philippines Los Baños. CEO was founded on June 29, 2000. Throughout its 24-year history, the organization has consistently fostered academic, social, and professional proficiency among its members and the broader civil engineering community.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 92 members. Since CEO is a college-based student organization, only non-freshman students from CEAT may apply to join the organization.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to CEO. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
