UP CELL BIOLOGICAL SOCIETY
Academic Organization, clustered under Biological Sciences, established in 1990.
Established by 54 biology majors in 1990, UP Cell Biological Society (UP CELLS) is an academic organization that has since pursued raising the interest and enthusiasm of the public in biological sciences, particularly cell biology. And so UP CELLS has been awarded numerous honors for its distinctive efforts and works. It is also the first regional member and the only organization in UPLB affiliated with the Biology Majors' Alliance of the Philippines, an association consisting of 19 organizations across the country.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 87 members. Since UP CELLS is a college-based student organization, only non-freshman students from CAS may apply to join the organization.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to UP CELLS. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
