The CBI is a non-stock, non-profit association under the auspices of the IGLESIA NI CRISTO's BUKLOD-KADIWA-BINHI organizations for the purposes of promoting harmonious relations among students who are members of IGLESIA NI CRISTO and guiding them towards the attainment of intellectual excellence and knowledge of Biblical Doctrines which will govern them in their daily undertakings.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 76 members. Non-freshman students may apply to join the student organization.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to CBI. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
