The University of the Philippines Alliance of Economics and Management Students (UPAEMS), established in 1983, is an academic organization and the first umbrella organization based in the College of Economics and Management (CEM) of the University of the Philippines Los Baños. The organization best sums up in these three words: Strength Through Diversity; as it caters to any student studying under the CEM.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 68 members. Since UPAEMS is a college-based student organization, only non-freshman students from CEM may apply to join the organization.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to UPAEMS. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
