The UP Alliance of Development Communication Students (UP ADS) is the first duly recognized academic-civic organization at the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB), dedicated to developing and training Development Communication (DevCom) students to become mobilizers of change while maintaining academic excellence.

Membership
As of Second Semester, AY 2024-2025, this student organization has 73 members. Since UP ADS is a college-based student organization, only non-freshman students from CDC may apply to join the organization.
Like other fraternities in the university, there is a process for membership to UP ADS. All recognized student organizations have pledged their compliance to the Republic Act 8049 or the Anti-Hazing Law.
